A number of Adra Supported Housing tenants came together to the Eagles in Caernarfon for a Community Quiz, raffle and refreshments recently.
The event was organized following the success and enjoyment of tenants at the St David’s Day Quiz earlier this year.
The quiz was divided into different areas such as general knowledge, sports questions, “name that tune”, and much more!
Adra’s staff arranged a bus to bring some of the area’s tenants to Caernarfon to take part in the quiz. Adra staff contacted local businesses who contributed to the event by preparing sandwiches and contributing to some of the raffle prizes. Adra would like to thank those companies such as Cegin Fach, Café Quay, Ainsworth, the local fish and chip shop.
The tenants really enjoyed the activity. One of our tenants said:
“It was great to have the opportunity to meet new people, have entertainment, company and a warm welcome. The food and coffee were really nice too, I had a lot of fun. ”
We at Adra thought it was interesting that one of our tenants, Dave, who won the St David’s Day quiz, was a member of the winning team this time too!
