We are pleased to announce that a brand new Customer Service Training course is available through our employment and skills initiative, Academi Adra. The two-week course, which is held in partnership with the Welsh Contact Centre Forum and the Welsh Government, is free of charge and is open to anyone over 16 years of age who has the ability to communicate on spoken in Welsh. Here are the details of the course:
Commencing on Monday, 16th January, 2023
Hours – 9.30am – 3.30pm
Location – Busnes@Llandrillo Menai, Ffordd Penlan, Parc Menai, Bangor, LL57 4HJ
Structure – 1 x week of customer services training and 1 x week of work experience with the Customer Services team at Adra
In addition, we will be able to offer an interview to everyone who completes the course, as there are Customer Service Trainee positions available within Adra – so this is a great opportunity for anyone looking for employment!
