An Environmental Day was held on the Peblig estate in Caernarfon last week.
This gave our tenants the opportunity to bring their waste to skips located across the estate.
The intention was to promote recycling and raise pride in the communities our tenants live in and reduce fly tipping.
We were extremely proud to work with Cyngor Gwynedd’s recycling team, North Wales Fire and Rescue Service, and the Probation Service.
Sion Eifion Jones, Adra’s Community Projects Officer, said: ” Thank you very much to all our partners for making this event work, and thank you to all our tenants who took part.
“It’s so nice to see community pride and everyone coming together to look after our communities.”
Eight skips were filled and several trips to the recycling centre with the Council’s vans.
